Product Returns

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, you can return it within the allowed time. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Go to ‘My Orders’ on our website, select the product, and follow the steps to place a return request. Keep the item ready for pickup.

Once we check the returned item, you can choose a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Some items, like personal care or perishable goods, may not be eligible for returns. Check the product page for return details before buying.
